Where is the project located in relation to Vimont and Sainte-Rose?
Les Terrasses d'Auteuil is located at 645 Péladeau Street, in the Auteuil neighborhood of Laval—between Vimont and Sainte-Rose, just a few minutes' drive from each. To the southeast, Vimont and Place Vilamont offer a grocery store, pharmacy, and health services; to the west, Vieux-Sainte-Rose, with its cafés, galleries, and restaurants, provides a neighborhood getaway just a few minutes away. In between, the trails of Bois de l’Équerre and Rivière-des-Mille-Îles Park provide access to nature and the water, while the grocery stores on Boulevard des Laurentides are less than 1 km from the residential building. When will the official rental start?
Pre-launch underway: Reservations begin in the fall of 2026. Those who register will be the first to receive floor plans and pricing and will have priority access to select their unit.
Can I visit the apartments now?
Not yet: Tours will begin at the official launch. By signing up, you’ll be notified first and will be able to reserve your time slot before the site opens to the general public.
